The honest version: below about 90 members we cost less than most published plans. Around 100 members we are level. Above roughly 150 members, some flat-tier tools cost less on subscription alone. Many of them add card-processing fees and paid add-ons such as a branded member app, which we don’t charge for.

Pricing questions
How much does Gym Management Soft cost?
One plan with every feature: $1 per active member per month. A gym with 40 active members pays $40. Sign-up is free and needs no credit card. See pricing for the details.
Who counts as an active member?
A member with an active subscription at your gym during the billing period. Members whose plans have ended are not counted, so a quiet month costs less.
How does billing work?
Billing runs in 30-day cycles from the day you sign up. At the end of each cycle we create an invoice for your active members. You have 10 days to pay it, after which the gym account is paused until the invoice is paid.
Are staff accounts extra?
No. You are billed for active members only. Counter and trainer logins are included.
Is there a contract?
No contract and no setup fee. You pay for the members you have, cycle by cycle, and you can stop at any time.
Is there free gym management software?
Some tools have free plans with member caps or higher card-processing fees. Gym Management Soft is free to start with no credit card, then costs a flat $1 per active member, with no cut of your payments.
