One gym management app for owners, staff and members
Everyone uses the same app and signs in at the same place, gymmanagementsoft.com/login. What they see depends on their role. As the owner, you have full control of the gym, plans, payment methods, staff, income and expenses. The counter login is for front-desk staff: adding members, creating subscriptions and recording payments. Trainers are assigned to members' subscriptions. Members get their own app with their plan, invoices and attendance. One system means one source of truth, instead of a register, a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group that never quite agree.

Run the front desk from a phone
Gym Management Soft is built mobile-first, so it works properly on a phone screen, not as a squeezed desktop page. Your counter staff can add a new member, take their photo with the phone camera, start a subscription and record a cash payment without walking back to a computer. You can check who has paid, see who renews this week and look at income against expenses from home or between sessions. A tablet or laptop at the desk works too, because it's the same software in any browser.

Members get an app that's genuinely useful to them. They check in when they arrive and check out when they leave, once a day, and see their attendance as an activity grid with streaks and the time spent on each visit. They can see their invoices and whether each one is paid or pending, get renewal reminders before their plan ends, and update their profile photo and password. A simple workout log is coming soon. A gym membership app with no app store download
The member app is an installable web app, also called a PWA. It runs on Android, iPhone and desktop, and members add it to their home screen straight from the browser. It then opens with its own icon like any other app. There's no app store listing to search for and no update to install. Getting members onto it is simple: when you add a member, they automatically receive their login by email and/or WhatsApp with a link that signs them straight in. Nobody has to type a password at the counter.

Push notifications straight to members' phones
Once a member installs the app, Gym Management Soft can send push notifications to their phone, just like a native app. They're told when their subscription is activated, when a new invoice is ready and when their plan is about to end. The same messages can also go out on WhatsApp and email, so members who haven't installed the app yet still hear from you. As the owner, you can turn notifications on or off. How do members install the gym app on an iPhone?
Members open their login link in Safari, tap the Share button and choose Add to Home Screen. The app then appears on their home screen with its own icon. On Android, the browser offers an install option in the same way.
Can I manage my whole gym from my phone?
Yes. The software is mobile-first, so you can add members, create subscriptions, record payments and review income and expenses from your phone. Your counter staff can do their front-desk work from a phone too.
Does the member app cost extra?
No. The member app is included in the $1 per active member per month price, along with every other feature. Every member you add gets access automatically.
Can members log their workouts in the app?
